The large mango tree at the center of San Pablo City town plaza has long been a landmark and has been around for as long as anyone can remember. Fondly called "SM" or "Sa Mangga" for short, the mango tree was badly damaged during the the devastation of Typhoon Milenyo on September 28, 2006.
